  • More than 30 days before departure: 25% cancellation charges
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges
  • 07–14 days before departure: 75% cancellation charges
  • Less than 03 days before departure: No refund
  • If Trek gets canceled we will refund "Trek Amount" only  
  • No show: No refund
