Overview

The Ratangad Trek is one of Maharashtra’s most scenic and adventurous fort treks, located deep in the Sahyadri mountain ranges near Bhandardara. Standing at an elevation of approximately 4,255 feet, Ratangad Fort is renowned for its ancient caves, massive stone gateways, panoramic mountain views, and the famous natural rock formation known as the “Nedhe” or Eye of the Needle.
